Meshlogix Solutions provides software development, testing, maintenance, consulting, and support services. You may only use these services for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms and conditions. You agree not to use our services in any way that could damage our company, our reputation, or the services we provide.
Meshlogix Solutions retains all intellectual property rights to any software or materials created during the provision of services. You acknowledge and agree that any software, code, designs, or other materials developed by our company during the provision of services are the property of our company. You may not use or distribute any of these materials without our express written permission.
Meshlogix Solutions respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent. You acknowledge and agree that any information shared with our company may be subject to confidentiality obligations.
Meshlogix Solutions requires payment for services rendered as agreed upon in the project proposal. Any changes to the scope of work or additional services will be subject to additional fees. In the event of late payment, our company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and to suspend or terminate services until payment is made.
Meshlogix Solutions provides a warranty on software developed for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Any defects or errors discovered during this period will be addressed free of charge. The warranty does not cover defects or errors caused by changes made to the software by anyone other than our company or by the use of the software in an environment not specified in the project proposal.
Meshlogix Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. You acknowledge and agree that our company is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of our services or software, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.
Either party may terminate the provision of services at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease all use of our services and software. Our company may terminate services immediately if you violate any of these terms and conditions, or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued provision of services would be impractical or harmful to our company or other clients.
Meshlogix Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
